she doesn't like working, so she treats me like trash

i think that this pca is only mean to me because she doesn't like when she has to do my cares, so she's mean to me, so that she hopes that i'll complain to the site supervisor about having her assigned to do my cares, just so she won't assign her to my cares, so that the site supervisor won't have to hear me complain about how she treats me. she's rude to me for no reason, even maurice agrees with me that she doesn't like me. i didn't do anything to her, i think she's only mean to me because she doesn't like doing my cares because that would mean that she actually has to do work when she's assigned to my cares. her name is cameo and she said to me once that she doesn't have to like her job. i told one of the supervisors that she said that to me and the supervisor said that wasn't very professional of her to say but she didn't do anything about the pca treating me so bad. i don't know what to do, i've reported her and the supervisor didn't do anything about it. she treats me like garbage, just so she doesn't have to do my cares, that's the only reason that i can come up with. she only let me have a 20 minute shower last night and interrupted it and she said that she interrupted it because the supervisor told her that i'm not supposed to be allowed a 45 minute shower anymore and she only gave me 10 minutes to stretch my body (when i'm supposed to be allowed at least 20 minutes and she only allowed me 20 minutes on my standing frame- when it even says that i'm supposed to be allowed 30 minutes to 45 minutes a day to stand on the frame written on a piece of paper on my wall and she claimed it said only 20 minutes a day). i don't know what to do, she'll be getting her way if she doesn't get assigned me anymore and the assisted living program that i live in (right now) doesn't have that many pca's working in the program.
